Sometimes when you need to upload files in folders such as all your commands, it may take too long dragging and dropping into File Manager.
1) Select the Settings tab of your discord bot service, where you see the File Manager button.

3) Copy your details into FileZilla The server address is the host
Remove the :2022 as that is your port. Put 2022 into the port section as it's clearly shown it is the IP.
The username field is the username
The password is the password
For example, my details would be like this.
4) After inputting your details, press Quickconnect and you should be in!
