If your service says "Suspended" on the Billing Panel or "Suspended - Offline" on Panel then there is an issue that needs to be resolved before bringing it back online. Please make sure you have checked the following:

Your invoice(s) are marked as Paid;
You have no tickets opened with you (sometimes we may open a ticket with you);
You may have received an email from us with a reason.

If you are unsure of why your service is suspended, feel free to open a ticket and we can tell you the exact reason.

If your invoices are not marked as paid then you need to pay them within 15 days to avoid the service being terminated. If you have paid and it still says unpaid, please open a billing ticket with the PayPal Transaction ID.
