Please ensure that a antivirus or firewall is not blocking our daemon request.
You can check this by right clicking anywhere on the page, and selecting the "Network" tab on the dev tools popup. You will see the websocket request, if it shows 403 or anything other then a "20X" request, this means your firewall is blocking the request.

This usually means the daemon that your server is on has stopped responding or it's offline. Usually, this is rare that it happens. Try to wait 1-5 Minutes to see if the machine goes back online. If the machine is still offline we recommend you contact us via our support tickets with the error code.
